My story

I was born in Warsaw, Poland & moved to the UK when I was 18.

Because I like to be challenged, progress, and learn new skills, after having worked in healthcare for over 7 years, I decided to embrace a new career as a front-end developer to make better use of my analytical and creative skills.

Throughout my career, I have gained many transferable skills such as attention to detail, communication, the ability to work as a part of the team and on my initiative.
I am a hard-working and dedicated person with an eager willingness to learn and technical aptitude & I see every project as an opportunity to acquire new knowledge.

My 5 Clifton Strengths:

Significance= wants to make a big impact. Independent.
Achiever = works hard. Enjoys being busy and productive.
Harmony = looks for consensus. Doesn't enjoy conflict. Seeks areas of agreement.
Focus = takes a direction, follows through and stays on track. Prioritizes then acts.
Deliberative= takes serious care in making decisions. Anticipates obstacles.
